Forum Training is proud to announce the launch of a new Management Programme which will support current and new Managers to become highly skilled leaders.

The Programme contains 8 modules covering all the major areas of a Highly Effective Manager, in addition to this there are a number of optional modules that are recommended, which may be taken up dependant on the type of role the Manager conducts.
