OSAT - On-Site Assessment & Training

You may already have a highly experienced workforce who you trust and rely on to get the job done. But often these workers don't have the qualifications to get the CSCS (Construction Skills Cerification Scheme) card they need.

In response to this problem, OSAT has been created, which provides your workforce with a formal qualification, enabling them to fast-track to an NVQ.

Once candidates have been profiled to find out what skills they already have, an action plan is developed to fill in the gaps. Your staff can then work to this plan at their own pace with help and support from the OSAT team.
