Meet The Team
Paul Riddiford
Forum Divisional Manager
Paul joined Forum in May 2005 from Laing O'Rourke, as an Internal Verifier. He was promoted to Training Manager in January 2006. He was promoted to Divisional Manager in May 2007 and is responsible for the strategy, marketing and overall business development.
Harry Beale
OSAT Assessor
Harry started working as a Project Manager for Thomas Vale Construction in 1989. He joined Forum in April 2004 to train as an OSAT Assessor and is qualified to assess in Highways Maintenance, Construction Operations, Fitted Interiors and Wood Occupations.
Glyn Jenkins
OSAT Assessor
Glyn joined us from YBT Trust, in January 2006. As well as assessing candidates on site Glyn also delivered training in Fitted Interiors as part of Multi-skill Programme for Ex-Rover workers. He is qualified to assess Interior Systems and Wood Occupations.
Kim Owens
Sales Co-Ordinator
Kim joined us from Carridan Consultants in September 2003 as Administration Assistant, she completed her Business Administration NVQ Level 3 in May 2005. Kim works part time dealing with marketing and generating new business.
Caroline Stone
Administration Supervisor
Caroline joined us full time in August 2005 after working for CPL Petroleum for 13 years. She is responsible for supervising the NVQ process administration team and also controls CRB checks.
Sasha Cotterill
Administrator
Sasha joined us in October 2005 where she completed her NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration. Sasha is responsible for all CSCS enquiries, offering adminstrative support for the centre and co-ordinating the Forum Training Suite.
April Hopkins
Trainee Administrator
April has been working with us since October 2004 on a Young Apprenticeship Scheme, where she has gone on to complete her NVQ Level 1 in Administration. April provides administrative support to the Forum Team, ensuring the smooth running of the Forum Training Centre.
