Terms and Conditions of Booking
General Booking Conditions
Bookings can be made by fax, letter or e-mail. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing.
Forum Training reserve the right to change or cancel any training event without any claim being made against Forum Training Ltd for compensation. In the event that a course cancellation is necessary by Forum Training a credit note or re-imbursement will be made.
Full payment is required prior to course commencement, certificates will be withheld until full payment is received.
Joining Instructions
Course joining instructions will be forwarded prior to the course commencing.
Accomodation
Delegates requiring overnight accomodation will be provided with a list of local hotels and guest houses.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellations notified 14 to 21 days prior to commencement date ‚ 25‰ of full course fees will be charged.
Cancellations notified 7 to 14 days prior to commencement date ‚ 50‰ of full course fees will be charged.
Cancellations notified less than 7 days prior to commencement date ‚ 100‰ of course fees will be charged.
